Each year, CMA conducts a range of public courses across Australia, training hundreds of people in:

Our highly interactive workshops draw on internationally acclaimed theories and tools developed at Harvard University and refined by CMA. Role plays, video analysis and group discussions bring the ideas to life, and help each participant to develop practical new skills for achieving great outcomes and improving their working relationships.

CMA’s public training programs in Melbourne are endorsed by Monash University, and participants receive a certificate from CMA upon completion noting this endorsement. Open workshops are also offered in Sydney.
