One day
There's more to good business writing than spelling and grammar. The real question is: does your writing have the persuasive impact that you intend?
This one-day workshop provides a comprehensive and systematic framework that will maximise the impact and effectiveness of your reports, proposals, email and other documents.
Applying a powerful communication approach developed at Harvard University, this one-day workshop will equip you to:
prepare, draft and edit your documents efficiently;
focus your writing on the needs of the intended audience;
ensure that the reader understands why they are reading the document, and what they are being asked to do next;
persuade your audience using the key principles of influence; and
effectively and logically structure your main messages to achieve the intended purpose.
CMA's expert consultants are practitioners as well as teachers. The workshop will be engaging and highly practical.
