Applying powerful performance management frameworks developed at Harvard University, this half-day feedback seminar will equip you to:
understand the different purposes of workplace feedback, and effectively tailor the process to meet each purpose;
manage feedback discussions systematically, efficiently and with confidence;
communicate feedback skilfully to maximise impact and genuine behavioural change;
protect and build critical working relationships, as well as staff morale - even when sending difficult messages; and
receive feedback from others in a constructive and centred way.
CMA's expert consultants are practitioners as well as teachers. The workshop will be engaging and highly practical.
The course blends interactive presentation, group discussion, role-play and case study work, and draws on a variety of learning media. Our careful balance of learning methods is not just enjoyable, it helps you learn, remember and apply the key skills of negotiation.
