Influencing skills training course

Influence in the Workplace

Persuading decision-makers, colleagues & employees

Two-day interactive workshop

CMA's Influence in the Workplace is a powerful program that equips individuals and teams to more effectively gain buy-in from their staff, colleagues and managers to projects and initiatives.
