Eliezer Kornhauser is the founder and chairman of CMA. Eliezer has qualifications and experience in law and commerce and an extensive background in merchant banking and conflict management. Since establishing CMA in 1993, he has been involved in a broad range of mediation and process management assignments, and has presented hundreds of workshops in negotiation, conflict management and business ethics. With qualifications in Psychology and Human Resources, Rebecca worked in HR and in-house training roles in the retail and professional services sectors before joining CMA. Rebecca regularly leads workshops in negotiation, influence, conflict management and feedback skills, as well as contributing to the ongoing improvement of CMA's workshop design. Full Biography
Tyla Locke has degrees in commerce and law. Before joining CMA, she gained broad practical experience as a commercial lawyer at a leading law firm and major telecommunications company. Tyla leads workshops in negotiation, business writing and mediation skills, as well as contributing to CMA's Knowledge Management.

Sandy Caspi Sable has a background in law and economics, including a PhD on mediation. In addition to her years of experience as a trainer with CMA, Sandy has significant expertise as a process facilitator, with assignments ranging from two-party mediation to organisation-wide relationship management and succession planning. Joel Gerschman has an honours thesis in mediation law and practice, as well as a degree in psychology. He plays a leading role in CMA's subjects at Monash University, and in the full range of CMA's public and customised workshops. Shirli Kirschner is a highly sought-after mediator and dispute resolution advisor, as well as being a dynamic and engaging trainer. She has qualifications in psychology, law and adult education, and over 15 years experience in teaching the Harvard approach that underpins CMA's negotiation workshops.
Jonathan Schauder has degrees in commerce and arts, and is also a registered psychologist. His strong communication and relationship skills have been applied in hundreds of training and consulting assignments. After 10 years of direct employment with CMA, Jonathan is now an associated consultant with his own practice as a private coach and mediator.
Shawn Whelan's work with CMA as an expert facilitator and draws on his background as a legal negotiator, his experience in facilitating dialogue within community and corporate sector organisations, and his independent practice as a mediator, facilitator and consultant.
