CMA also develops customised online courses in negotiation and our other areas of expertise, in conjunction with leading eLearning platform providers.

Current courses include:

  • Accept, Reject or Renegotiate? A framework for decision-making in negotiation designed for lawyers' continuing legal education (CLE) and available through CPD Interactive

  • Giving Effective Feedback. A highly interactive 5-module eLearning program, available for hosting on your intranet/LMS.
