CMA's two-day influencing skills program focuses on essential behaviours to influence and shape outcomes, without simply relying on vested authority. Discover practical skills and strategies more effectively gain buy-in from staff, colleagues and managers, and for key projects and initiatives.
This two-day workshop will provide you with the workplace persuasion skills to dramatically impact the way your organisation functions, while forging strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
CMA's Influence in the Workplace offers you a set of practical skills and concepts that will enable you to:
recognise the 4 primary sources of influence, and to better understand your existing strengths and weaknesses
gain the buy-in of colleagues, staff and managers, by adopting a value-based methodology of influence
communicate with greater persuasion and inspiration
identify and strategically manage the stakeholders that matter most to your objectives
develop and maintain relationships of greater trust and influence with workplace colleagues
confidently engage with those in positions of higher authority
transform confronting interactions into collaborative problem-solving conversations
