An effective leader needs a broad range of skills that includes negotiation, influencing and conflict resolution. So CMA doesn’t run ‘leadership training’ programs. Instead, we run programs on negotiation, influencing and conflict resolution – that are customised for leadership skills development.
What does this mean?
- We run more challenging, experiential programs for leaders so that they can stretch themselves beyond their comfort zones.
- We offer more opportunities for leaders to share experiences and ideas with each other, to enhance the learning experience and transferability to ‘real-life’.
- We contextualise the content for leaders. For example, our influencing programs for leaders recognise their authority (or positional power) and explores how and when to use it – or what to use instead. Our conflict resolution programs for leaders tend to focus on people management issues and performance related conversations.
