CMA is running a special workshop event – a half-day Giving Effective Feedback course on Tuesday 1 February. All funds raised will go directly to assist the Premiers Flood Relief Appeal in Queensland.

Registration: $250 per person (this special fundraising rate is less than half our usual registration fee for a similar workshop). Morning tea will be provided.

Payment Option 1:
Cheques to be sent to CMA, made out directly to ‘The Premier’s Disaster Relief Appeal’. Please indicate somewhere on front or back of cheque that the payment is for “QLD flood relief”.  Also, to receive a tax deductible receipt for your full donation, please include your contact information (name and address) on back of cheque.

Payment Option  2:
Make payment to ‘CMA Pty Ltd’ by cheque or credit card. If you choose this option, GST must be added, and therefore the amount due (including the GST) will be $275. CMA will forward all funds received to the flood relief efforts, but will be unable to provide a receipt for tax deduction.
